Pricing

I receive many questions about pricing.
Here is how it works.

Pricing applies to ku sanmai blades with XC10 cladding.

• 125SC — €2.5 / mm

• 145SC — €2.6 / mm

• Shirogami #1 — €2.4 / mm

Per-millimeter pricing applies to blades up to 300 mm.

Kasumi finish blades

Starting at €80, depending on blade size.

Materials

I also work with wrought iron cladding.
Pricing is adjusted accordingly, depending on the material and the amount of work involved.

Shipping

Shipping conditions have changed significantly over the past few years.
Until now, I have absorbed all cost fluctuations myself.

Packaging materials (boxes, protection, wrapping) have never been charged separately.
This approach will remain unchanged for 2026.

Shipping costs (DHL) will be updated accordingly.

Finishes & options

Satin finish blades listed in the shop can be ordered with a kasumi finish upon request.

This option will be added to the shop later.

A simple, inexpensive saya can also be made to protect the blade for transport or everyday use.
