EU Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

Refunds

Refunds include the amount paid for the product and standard shipping costs where applicable.

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after I am informed of your decision to withdraw, using the original payment method. I may withhold the refund until I have received the returned item or you have supplied proof of having sent it back.

Returns

Returned items must be shipped within 14 days after the withdrawal request has been submitted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

This right does not apply to:

• Custom-made knives

• Personalized products

• Items modified at the customer's request
