Customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

Refunds

Refunds include the amount paid for the product and standard shipping costs where applicable.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item (or proof of shipment), using the original payment method.

Returns

Returned items must be shipped within 14 days after the withdrawal request has been submitted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

This right does not apply to:

• Custom-made knives

• Personalized products

• Items modified at the customer's request
