No handle, no Kurouchi.
Of course, I can make a handle on your specs, but I can’t redo the Kurouchi :D
(and ,no…I don’t want to make a full Kasumi on this one. )
I didn’t find a stupid name for this grind, yet … but in hand, it has the “KT” feeling with an almost a regular grind cutting like nothing else. The feeling is very different.
